Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled up to one business day after you placed your order. Cancellations before the one business day mark are entitled to a full refund. This refund policy has been constructed to take into account the supplies purchased to make your order, prep work that may have occurred to start your order, and the slot that was reserved for you that could have gone to another customer.
Returns
Our products are not returnable to ensure health and safety guidelines are maintained and the fact that they are made custom to each order.
